Directory subscription cancellation policy.

This page covers the 48-hour early cancellation window, month-to-month renewals, and how TMH handles cancellations after a billing period has already started.

Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to TMH Directory Listing subscriptions. It explains how cancellations, early terminations, and billing-period access are handled for the monthly directory listing offer.

Cancel anytime
  • [+]Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
  • [+]A cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for time already billed.
48-hour early cancellation window
  • [+]Cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial purchase are eligible for immediate termination.
  • [+]During that 48-hour window, TMH may remove the listing right away and stop future billing.
After 48 hours
  • [+]After the first 48 hours, the subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • [+]No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time after the 48-hour window has passed, except where required by law.
  • [+]The listing may remain visible until the paid billing period ends unless TMH removes it earlier for a policy, quality, or compliance reason.
How to cancel
  • [+]Use the billing or subscription management flow provided at checkout, if available.
  • [+]You may also request cancellation by emailing billing@themodernhomeinfluencer.com from the account associated with the subscription.
  • [+]To help us process the request quickly, include your business name, contact email, and the listing being cancelled.
TMH-initiated termination
  • [+]TMH may suspend or terminate a listing for non-payment, inaccurate claims, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or repeated violations of directory standards.
  • [+]If TMH ends a listing for policy or trust reasons, TMH may remove the listing immediately and decline future renewals.
  • [+]Termination for violations does not create a right to a refund for a billing period already in progress unless required by law.
